Dr. Casey Kelley, MD
Dr. Kelley graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago. She is a ten-year member of the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), a Director on the board of The International Lyme and Associated Disease Society (ILADS), and is a Founding Member of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM).
Prior to founding Case Integrative Health, Dr. Kelley practiced medicine at WholeHealth Chicago, Michigan Avenue Immediate Care, and St. Joseph Hospital.
Molly Sims
Molly Sims is recognized for her work as an actress, model, author and philanthropist. Currently, she serves as an executive producer on a new lifestyle series featuring the influential duo behind the home organization company, The Home Edit. The show is currently in production and will stream on Netflix. On screen, Sims is in the Netflix original comedy, THE WRONG MISSY. Known for her savvy sense of style, Sims showcases these aspects and more on her website, MollySims.com which offers original content on beauty, fashion, wellness and more.
Molly is the author of “The Everyday Supermodel: My Beauty, Fashion, and Wellness Secrets Made Simple” which was released in 2015 and appeared on the New York Times best sellers list and “Everyday Chic: My Secrets for Entertaining, Organizing and Decorating at Home” in which she shares her tips, tricks and secrets for entertaining, organizing and decorating.
Molly values clean living, health, parenting, and beauty. We are grateful for her ability to share from a place of humility, humor, and concern for the chronic illness community.
As a philanthropist, Sims works closely with Baby2Baby which provides underserved children ages 0-12 with diapers, clothing and all the basic necessities that every child deserves. A native of Kentucky, Molly resides in Los Angeles with her family.
JJ Martin
Dr. Darin Ingels, ND, FAAEM, FMAPS
Dr. Ingels is a licensed naturopathic doctor with 30 years experience in the healthcare field. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology from Purdue University and his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Ingels worked as a clinical microbiologist/immunologist at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. He is a Fellow with both the American Academy of Environmental Medicine and the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs.
Dr. Ingels is the author of The Lyme Solution: A 5-Part Plan to Fight the Inflammatory Auto-Immune Response and Beat Lyme Disease (Avery, 2018), which covers an integrative, natural approach to the treatment and management of Lyme disease. He overcame his own 3-year battle with Lyme disease and applied the same principles to now more than 6000 Lyme and coinfection patients over the past 20 years utilizing a naturopathic approach and therapeutic lifestyle to help each person overcome their illness. Dr. Ingels has been featured on numerous podcasts, articles and docuseries as one of the leading experts in Lyme disease.
Dr. Ingels’ practice focuses on environmental medicine with special emphasis on Lyme disease and coinfections and chronic immune dysfunction. His practice is comprised of both children and adults where he uses diet, nutrients, herbs, homeopathy and immunotherapy to help his patients achieve better health.
Dr. Bill Rawls, MD
Bill Rawls, MD, graduated from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in 1985. He holds his medical license in North Carolina.
Dr. Rawls has written extensively on health topics, including Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, and Chronic Immune Dysfunction. He’s the author of Suffered Long Enough and Unlocking Lyme, and has contributed to various health sites.
Aside from his writing, Dr. Rawls serves as Medical Director for Vital Plan, an herbal supplement and wellness company he co-founded with his daughter, Braden.
Dr Cathleen King, DPT
Dr. Cathleen King, DPT is a physical therapist, neuroscience educator, and coach specializing in chronic illness, trauma healing and limbic system retraining. She weaves together brain retraining, nervous system regulation, somatics, and trauma-informed attachment repair techniques in her courses and mentoring program. She is the founder of the Primal Trust™ Community- an online academy and mentoring program for those on the transformational healing journey. She personally found freedom from over a decade of debilitating chronic Lyme disease, CFS, mold toxicity, Dysautonomia/POTS, parasite infections, PTSD, and more.
