Big Cedar Lodge has its own cancellation policy. Please take note of all cancellation dates.
Venue Information
Losing Lyme will be held in the Lakeside Room, Grandview Conference Center at Big Cedar Lodge.
Rooms are discounted on a block until sold out.
Rooms starting at $199 on The Tick Chick Group Block.
Please note all Hotel and Lodge cancellation dates and policies.
As of 9/22/2023, the block has sold out. You can still stay at Big Cedar Lodge or Angler’s Lodge at their seasonal rates (event shuttles included), or find other off-campus lodging.
Rooms are discounted but limited at Big Cedar Lodge and Angler’s Lodge. Angler’s Lodge has a complimentary shuttle to venue (7 minute drive).
Book soon before they are sold out-October is a very popular time at the Lodges.
Rooms are discounted for a limited time only. Discounted rate at Big Cedar starts at $559 per night and Angler’s Lodge starts at $259 per night.
