Emily and her now-husband Brennan suffered from mold toxicity when living in an apartment which triggered all sorts of problems, especially for Emily. I’ve started a little collection of short videos on my Instagram located in my IGTV library. Today’s guest was Sarah from @the_healing.place in London and we talked about our favorite ways to help heal in everyday life. My journey in search of answers about my health began when I was in my early 20’s; when the chronic symptoms started slipping into my every-day life. I was exhausted no matter how much sleep I got, woke up with a splitting headache every day without having had any alcohol the night before, and had body aches. After years of exhausting the conventional medical world and its lack of understanding to tackle my physical issues, I began opening myself to the ideas outside “the box.” It’s a world not easily navigated but rewarding nonetheless. For it was here that I found the ability to heal my symptoms from the combination of conventional, functional, and integrative medicine.
