The Road Back to Me: 9 Principles for Navigating Life’s Twists and Turns-A Roadmap to Recovery & Healing
Adena Sampson knows what it’s like to be down and out with chronic illness, though she wasn’t always ill. Nope! In the height of her early career, she was the founder of Outloud Productions and The Unbreakable Spririt Movement, a Breakthrough Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Singer-Songwriter and Best-Selling Author, seen on CBS, NBC, FOX, and ABC. But all that came to a screeching halt.
She began noticing signs of severe illness and wound up hospitalized with MERSA and a PICC-line was given to her. She was brought to her knees with constant flare-ups and overcome with the grief of having a disease and how it ravaged her mind and body.
She turned illness around after being misdiagnosed for five years and determined to rise above the feeling of despair and realizing she could, indeed, continue on to her former life by developing some basic principles that brought her spirit and body relief and by repeating the mantra, “It’s not forever, it’s just for now”.
Hear her honest and uplifting story on the latest podcast episode of Lyme Time HERE as she walks us through some of her 9 Principles of turning things around. She gifted all of us by her inspirational song, The Road Back, at the end.
For a copy of her book, it’s now on the website HERE. It is definitely one handy source to carry you through tough times, warriors. Adena can be found on Instagram @AdenaSampson, YouTube @Adena Sampson, and at www.AdenaSampson.com.
I hope her song and spirit moves you to another level of wellness.
In good health,
Ali
