A vital part of the Lyme community: ILADS
Do you know what ILADS is doing to educate our physicians and healthcare practitioners? You won’t believe all the hard work Sarah Quillen, CEO of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society is giving to this community. Sarah joins me on the latest episode of the LYME TIME PODCAST to shed some light on how ILADS is enhancing awareness to our providers.
ILADS further educates not only our allopathic doctors, but osteopaths, naturopaths, pharmaceutical medical clinicians, integrative, functional, herbal, and holistic practitioners as well. Their training involves and eight-hour course followed by shadowing cases, virtual presentations, a trainee program, and their newest add-on, the ILADS Fellowship program. This exciting new fellowship program will provide an opportunity for leadership and rankings for those who give presentations, webinars, and research.
