Celery Juice

February 25, 2020

Recently, you may have seen celebrities and other influencers on social media posting pictures and videos of themselves drinking celery juice in the morning. This current health trend began in 1975 with Anthony William, also known as the Medical Medium.  For years he has recommended celery juice as an herbal medicine (yes, celery is an herb, not a vegetable) for chronic illnesses and symptoms, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, eczema, psoriasis, acne, SIBO, constipation, chronic fatigue syndrome, blood sugar issues, migraines, acid reflux, high blood pressure, addictions, adrenal issues, gout, allergies, autoimmune conditions, and Lyme!

I never would have guessed that drinking 16 ounces of celery juice could have such a profound impact on my health. But after following Medical Medium on Instagram, seeing all of the unbelievable testimonials, reading Anthony William’s book, Celery Juice, and trying it for myself, I believe in celery juice as a powerful medicine.

I would recommend doing your own research before trying it for yourself, but I wanted to share what I have learned and why I believe that it is beneficial for those suffering from Chronic Lyme.

Celery Juice contains sodium cluster salts which are “an undiscovered subgroup of beneficial sodium that offer tremendous healing benefits.” No other salt in the world functions like celery’s sodium cluster salts. These cluster salts can fight off unwanted bacteria, such as the Lyme bacterium, Borrelia burgdorferi, that is transmitted to humans through the bite of an infected tick. They are a natural antiseptic that strengthens your body’s entire immune system. They also neutralize toxins, such as heavy metals, in your bloodstream and organs. In particular, these salts support the liver in producing bile more efficiently. Lastly, because of the sodium cluster salts, celery juice contains high levels of electrolytes, vitamin C, and antioxidants. It blows my mind how much goodness is packed into celery!

I started drinking 16 ounces of celery juice on an empty stomach and began noticing an improvement in my digestion, constipation, energy levels, brain fog, inflammation, and sleep in one month!! I believe in the healing powers of celery juice for everyone, but especially those suffering from Chronic Lyme and its symptoms.

xx, Mimi
