Essential Oils for Lyme

February 19, 2020

While I was sick from Lyme, I often thought about what essential oils could do to help me get better.  I found it very overwhelming, though, to navigate the essential oil landscape for some reason. Was I supposed to ingest, apply it to the skin, or breathe in the essential oil?  I recently started diving into understand essential oils and am amazed by the benefits they offer. I apply oils to my body with an oil such as coconut oil through a roll-on applicator, I place several drops in my bath or shower, or I use a few drops to a diffuser to freshen up a room.  I even found a few clinical trials that are researching the benefits essential oils can have on Lyme disease.
