May 18, 2023

Insomnia, Mold, Mast-Cell and Brain Inflammation with Daisy Ilchovska

The latest episode of Lyme Time welcomes UK-based Daisy Ilchovska who is the author of Lyme in the Lymelight and who has spent years as a researcher of Lyme data.  She shares the latest in findings regarding Lyme and it’s co-infections, insomnia, mold illness, severe mast-cell reactions, MS, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.

Often all of these diseases and disorders can stem from or can trigger dormant Lyme disease which makes discovering the root cause and testing complicated.  Daisy helps peel back the layers and explain exactly how they can become intertwined.

For instance, insomnia plagues many Lyme patients making daily life debilitating.  It can become a disease of its own, breaking down what little immunity you have left.  Daisy tells us her specific protocol to help overcome different types of insomnia and the root causes.

Can you move out of your moldy environment and carry mold disease into your new environment by being the actual host of this disease?  The answer is YES and Daisy will talk about what the research is now showing regarding persistent mold illness.

Daisy can be found on Instagram and Facebook at @thelymenutritionist and @optimalhealthnutrition as well as at her clinic website.  She welcomes clients from around the world.
